     Although we understand how to say 眼屎 in English, thinking before talking to someone is necessary.That there are some methods can help us to get rid of some embarrassment not only ourselves but also others.

     First of all, on condition that someone is close to you, we should tell them immediately.

     Second,if someone is an acquaintance with you, we should tell them indirectly.

     Third,using body languages makes things easier whatever people are familier with them or not.

     Also,we can say um, uh, before you have some crud in your eyes.

     Finally,maybe caring too much words makes people feel tired. Just be yourselves.

     Short in short,some people don't mind what people think. Say it. 

Some people care the words we say. use the words we discussed above.

Only if we are not intention to hirt someone or make a fool of our friends. To tell them directly is good way to solve the problem.
