     Due to cultural difference,the way people acts, speaks, uses are totally different.

kids and adults act differently in some situations. Westen and easten people also act diversely.

Some words we say are the negative side,some words are not.The expression 撒嬌 in Chinese has different descriptions.

In foregin countries, people do not  act the way 撒嬌,but they do have some behavior which looks like the expression we say. 

     For adults,playing the woman is a negtive expression to describe a woman who flirts men looks like a whore. 

However,someone is your boyfriend or husband.Then they play the coquette or the woman. I think that it is a good way between them. 

Negtive or positive side depends on the people they face. 

Kids are cute. They will say some sweet words to their parents. In Taiwan, we say 撒嬌 in Chinese. in foreign countries, the action kids act can be described like sweet children.  we can say the kid acts like a spoiled child.

In short, whether kids are being spoiled or not, the way they act just like their age. For adults, do it if you want because that is your life. no one can take all responsible for us. Being responsible for the way we do is wonderful.
